Oil can be used in both solid or liquid state. Oil will begin to solidify as it begins to cool. Reheat if necessary.
Suggested Use: Run bottle under hot water or place bottle in a cup of hot water to melt (liquify). Once melted, shake very well to mix. Apply desired amount to palm of hands gently massage into desired area.
